Wedges of lemon
Fresh coriander leaves
2 ½ cup of steamed rice
1. In a small bowl combine chopped red pepper, onion and coriander with sugar, chili-garlic sauce and oil. Beat a little to blend, reserve
2. Grill or fry the fish. Transfer to a serving plate and dress with several tablespoons of the reserved sauce. Stick wedges of lemon on the side and top with coriander leaves. Serve immediately with the remainder of the sauce in a side bowl and accompanied by the steamed rice.
